  • Privacy Policy: – We do not store credit card details nor do we share financial details with any 3rd parties.
  • Payment Flow and Delivery Policy: –
    • Delivery timeframe is scheduled at the time of order. Goods and services will be delivered at the time and date agreed at time of order.
    • A deposit payment of 50% is required in advance of the event. This payment should be made no later than 15 days prior to the agreed event date.
    • Full and final payment of the total event amount is required within 30 days of the conclusion of the event.
    • Goods and services will be delivered in person at the agreed time and location.
  • Refund / Cancellation Policy: –
    • Refund requests can be made by contacting Red Head Productions Limited by email, phone or in person using the details on the website.
    • Requests for refund will be logged and acknowledged within 24 hours of contact.
    • Once agreed, refunds will be issued within ten days.
    • Should an event, or services as part of an event, be cancelled by the client for reasons outside any fault of ours, the following cancellation terms will apply:
      • Cancellation notification received after booking would result in a minimum 25% cancellation fee based on the total estimated expenditure of the project or the actual invoiced cost plus creative management and administrative costs incurred to date if higher than 25% of the project value.
      • Cancellation notifications received within 30 days of the delivery date would result in a 40% cancellation fee based on the total estimated expenditure of the project, or the actual invoiced costs plus creative, management and administrative costs incurred to date if higher than 40% of the project.
      • Cancellation notifications received within 14 days of the delivery date would result in a 60% cancellation fee based on the total estimated expenditure of the project, or the actual invoiced costs plus creative, management and administrative costs incurred to date if higher than 60% of the project.
      • Cancellation notifications received within 7 days of the delivery date would result in a 75% cancellation fee based on the total estimated expenditure of the project, or the actual invoiced costs plus creative, management and administrative costs incurred to date if higher than 75% of the project.
      • All cancellations must be received in writing.
