About The Event.

At the end of last year, a well-established giant of the sportswear world approached Red Head to stage their Change Leaders programme. The events were designed to focus on change within the organisation and were staged up and down the country. The first event took place in the famous Chelsea Harbour Hotel in London.

This particular room had extremely restricted height, but the event required a lot of information to display on the screen. This not only meant that we had to be creative with scenic design but also with technology. Fortunately, we are experts in this area, and Red Head has built its reputation on providing a reliable and creative service every time. To navigate the issue, we created an ultra-wide screen aperture using a multi-projection set up with image blend to make one seamless, ultra-wide image.

The event also incorporated several breakout areas around the venue, each one equipped with a small stage area, set backdrop, projection and sound system. We provided technical support for the main room as well as each breakout area.
