About The Event.

After staging their tax conference event in 2016, Ernst & Young once again contacted Red Head Productions to deliver their 2019 Mena Tax Conference event at the incredible Jumeirah Carlton Hotel in London’s fashionable Knightsbridge. Red Head’s expertise in event management in London equalled the distinction of the venue to produce a well balanced event.

Restricted height in the room meant that creativity with the scenic design was crucial; therefore, we chose to place wide-screen apertures complimented by a hi-resolution photo print in the centre. We used our own lighting system combined with the venues own room lighting to create a cost-effective result sympathetic to the company’s corporate colours.

To create an immediate first impression, we installed two vertical LED displays in the foyer. The first LED screen displayed the day’s agenda, messages and guest speaker biogs. This not only welcomed the attendees into the event but also aided in the smooth running of the conference, which is equally important in the service we provide. The second LED screen ran a looped EY promotional video in hi-resolution with audio.

We installed AV equipment into five breakout rooms around the venue and provided technical support to each room, making sure, with our help, Ernst & Young had complete control and peace of mind with their event.
