Based in Brazil, the BTG Pactual events team were not able to pop in and out of their chosen venue in London during their planning stages.
So Red Head acted as their eyes and ears, coordinating with venue staff on their behalf and planning the event ready for when the events team arrived in the UK.
Early morning access to the hotel called for an alert build and technical crew to meet the demands of the client and the venue.
We set up a staffed registration desk using Cvent registration system for badging and registering delegates.
With multiple presenters and a discussion panel session, everything ran smoothly on the day.
